This will help us to better understand your needs and to ensure that we can find the best way of working together. This is followed by an initial assessment session, that involves taking a brief history and developing an in depth understanding of what is troubling you and how we can help. During your initial assessment the privacy policy and an explanation of what therapy is, is reviewed together. 

50 Minute
Follow up Appointment

Following appointments are then scheduled to meet your needs. All sessions last 50 minutes each. At times you may be given activities or questionnaires to complete in your own time, to help aid and optimise the benefit of therapy.
