Supervision
As well as a provider of private therapy, My Mind & Me are firm supporters in developing future psychologists, so that they can provide the upmost care to society.
We appreciate the personal sacrifice individuals take to undergo therapeutic training and aim to provide a supportive and private environment allowing trainees to explore their therapeutic difficulties without judgement. We hope to harness their academic abilities and psychological mindedness, via supervision or educational support, so that they can reach their full potential.

Tutoring
My Mind and Me provide private tuition for trainee Counselling Psychologists that require further support to complete academic assignments, understanding different therapeutic theory or frameworks, and most importantly completing challenging research dissertations. With a well versed research background, experienced knowledge of NHS ethics and having published, My Mind and Me can give you the help you need to form thought through research. Mentoring
As a qualified or trainee therapist, navigating your way through the mind field of psychology can be daunting. The many options available and not knowing what direction or path is the most beneficial can be stifling. My Mind and Me provide you with a safe space to explore and discuss your goals, feelings of "stuckness" or apprehension and together discover the best ways for you to move forward to achieve your aspirations.
